5 Ways to Motivate Yourself to Go to the Gym

Happened me so many times, now I am going to the gym for months, yes from months that too regular.

It’s very funny when I was in Bangalore, the gym was beside my apartment and I never ever went.

Now when I joined gym from a long time, you know what I learned?

“It doesn’t matter whether the gym is in your building or down the block 20 or 30 minutes away.”

Below, are some Motivation Tricks that will get you will off the couch and go to the gym.

1. Put on your Gym outfits:

Yes, this works every time. you cannot be motivated every single second of your life, especially when you are in bed.

When you are in your gym outfits you will at least consider it. once you are in the gym, what will you do? Excercise.
You don’t have any options.

2. Reward yourself:

Rewarding yourself for anything you want to continue is something you should try.

I reward myself with a coffee after gymming. you can reward yourself with something you like in the morning.

3. Buy something gym gear to bribe yourself:

as reward bribe will always work.
you can buy some gymming outfits or watches to look cool.

4. Get a Gym Buddy:

When I first joined the gym, I signed up at the same time as my friend.

we joined together for 3 months (the minimum membership plan).

This worked out very well. we rarely missed a day, we saw as an opportunity to meet and communicate,

5. Track your Progress:

Nothing can kill motivation like going gym when you don’t get results after months.

Chances are, progress is there but you are not able to notice it.
Keep track of your progress by checking your weight at the end of the week.

It is good to track your body fat percentage too. This allows you to make sure that you’re losing fat rather than muscle.
